Booking Conditions

• No Pets.
• No Smoking.
• Bookings run from Saturday at 4pm to the following Saturday at 10am.
• The price is inclusive of all fees including bed linens, towels, electricity and heating.
• We require a deposit of one third (33%) of the tariff in order to confirm your booking.
• Balance to be paid six weeks before commencement of your holiday.
• For bookings less than six weeks before commencement we will require immediate payment in full.
• Pay by UK Cheque, Bank Transfer or Paypal (overseas vistors).
